Introducing Viable Ventures! šŸ’”āš”ļø

Hey there! šŸ‘‹

Bram Kanstein here. You might know me from subscribing to my personal digest on Revue (which unfortunately shut down ā˜¹ļø ), following my course No-Code MVP, or you might have used the MVP Experiment Canvas that Iā€™ve made.

Until now, I havenā€™t been actively sending out my newsletter, but that is changing today! Viable Ventures will be the place where I share everything I know about exploring, validating, and turning ideas into viable ventures.

You can expect practical tactics, valuable insights, and reflections on what I consider the foundation of any new business or product idea: the ideal mindset, effective idea validation, building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), crafting a compelling value proposition, and devising a successful go-to-market strategy.

As a creative entrepreneur, I've had the fortune of building and selling five products. However, I've also experienced failure with over 25 ideas! For those of us who are constantly generating ideas, one factor is critical: speed.

How can I learn the most, in the fastest way possible?

Thatā€™s the main question you should ask yourself when you choose an idea to work on.

So what do you need to do, to go from 0 ("I have an idea") to 1 ("I know this is a promising idea and I should pursue this!")? If you can't confidently reach step 1, abandon the idea! (and write down what you learned) There are hundreds of others that you can investigate.

Every action, thought, and decision should help you in making sure that you are not wasting your time, money, and energy on pursuing the wrong idea.

Thatā€™s a short preview of what (and more) I will be sharing in this newsletter. I will also be featuring insightful content from others, and am considering launching a podcast dedicated to the early stages of idea development.

Can't wait for more? Katt at No-Code Exits recently published an interview with me, where I delve into my thoughts on validating ideas!

I'm excited to inspire and help you through this newsletter! If you'd like feedback on your ideas, simply reply to my emailsā€”I read every one of them.

Let's go! šŸš€

High five from the internet,
